As usual. You've been lied to... Here's the thing tho. Just to add to what he's saying. You also gotta pay attention to the Azimuth chart. The best time to get sun is when the angle of the sun is higher than 50 degrees in your city. That allows for more UVB rays than harmful UVA rays. the reason people get sick in the winter is cause the angle of the sun is too low. the sun light is less healing, and of course, less hours.
